Free Upgrade to Ridge Vent – April 2013!

Spring is definitely here and I am enjoying the mild weather it has to offer.  Opening the windows and turning off the furnace are some of my favorite parts of this season.  With this enjoyment I am all too aware that the most humid months of the year are rapidly approaching. The air conditioner will need to be turned on and our sprinkler will be put to good use – both for watering the grass and plants and for the enjoyment of the children.

With the heat and humidity of the summer season, we want our customer’s to have peace of mind with their biggest investment – their home! Because of this, for the month of April we are offering a free upgrade to ridge vent on roof-replacement contracts signed through the end of the month when you mention this promotion.

Why you might ask? Well, we believe in the product! By allowing heat and moisture to escape from your roof, ridge vent helps prevent wood rot and extends the life of not only your roof, but of your exterior and interior paint. Ridge vent helps limit mold/mildew growth caused by humidity in the attic, which can cause health problems. It also guards against ice-damming. And if that’s not enough, due to its low-profile it helps prevent insects, birds and animals from getting into your attic and it is nearly invisible on your roof.
